At SmartCouture, you have the right to delete your account and all your personal data at any time, without justification. This page explains how to exercise that right.
1 Your right to deletion
Under applicable data protection regulations, you may request at any time:
- Deletion of your SmartCouture account
- Erasure of all your personal data
- Removal of your clients' data stored in the app
- Deletion of your orders, measurements and history
2 How to request deletion
To request account deletion, follow these steps:
From the email address linked to your SmartCouture account.
Your username or the phone number linked to your account.
Specify that you wish to delete your account and all associated data. A reason is optional.
You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been processed.

3 Data removed
Following your request, the data below will be permanently deleted:
- Your user profile (name, email, phone number)
- All your orders and order history
- Client profiles and associated measurements
- Your financial data and statistics
- Your models and tailoring library
- All data synchronised to the cloud
Deleted data cannot be recovered. Consider exporting your data before submitting your request if needed.
4 Processing timeline
We are committed to processing your request within 7 business days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
